Organization FCSLA

The First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association (FCSLA, formerly Catholic Workman) is a fraternal insurance society which assists its members in meeting their religious, social and financial needs, while supporting Catholic schools, churches, other religious organizations and the community. St. Patrick’s has a very active Branch #191 which sponsors a variety of spiritual and social activities including guest speakers, service projects, social activities, and fundraisers. Meetings are on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 11:00 AM. 

The FCSLA sponsors a youth council for all teenagers who are interested in gaining experience in leadership and organizing social activities, service projects, and other fun activities for the youth of St. Patrick’s. Going by the code name Catholics In Action (CIA), they usually meet on the Second Sunday of the month at 11:30 AM.
